Biography:

I am a board certified music therapist and educator; I specialize in helping neurodiverse children and adults accomplish their goals through music.  I also teach student-driven music lessons to neurotypical students, and help them to reach their musical goals as well. I empower my clients and students to learn about themselves through creative musical expression and genuine human experiences!

Music is a means of communication for those who may not have another way to communicate, or if traditional communication causes anxiety and stress.
Music therapy values the experience of making or listening to music, over the resulting “musical product”.
In my music therapy sessions, I provide a safe environment for genuine exchanges, without the expectations of normative social contexts.  The result being an overall increase in health and well-being for my clients.
