Biography:

Amy believes in the capacity of individuals to access their own creativity as a resource for healing and change, and in her work, she supports people in the process of connecting with and developing both internal and external resources. With over 25 years of clinical experience as a music therapist, Amy serves children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing familial or relationship challenges, who need support in coping with stress, depression or anxiety, and/or who have a history of trauma or addiction. Amy also specializes in work with children, adolescents, and adults who have neurodevelopmental challenges, such as autism spectrum disorder. In addition, Amy provides music therapy education, supervision, and training. A certified psychodramatist since 2002, Amy actively incorporates psychodrama theory and techniques into her work and provides trainings in the theory and practice of psychodrama.
